At-a-Glance

Because seconds matter, Team CORUS now offers a mechanism to display certain parts of the message within the mobile notifications it sends. This is particularly helpful for those who receive these via text message or mobile app.

At-a-glance works for form-type channels only. This is to prevent any PHI-related data from being sent without proper safeguard.

An example of a team that uses at-a-glace is our JHH Heart Attack Team (HAT). In this context, status, callback number and patient location are visible “at-a-glance,” but patient name and MRN are only visible within Team CORUS.

When this form is submitted, the recipient will see the following content come through on text message or push notification, allowing for view of very critical information to be visible without need to load the full message within Team CORUS.

To request at-a-glance messaging for your team, please contact [email protected].
