What is Team CORUS?

Team CORUS is a web-based app that enables HIPAA-compliant communications between individuals and care teams at Hopkins.

In addition to browser-based chat, Team CORUS supports mobile notification to offline users via pager or text message.

Key Features of Team CORUS

  • Direct message rooms allow Team CORUS users to communicate privately with one or more other individuals. Starting a direct message begins with a simple search. Learn more.
  • Group messaging is handled through Team CORUS channels. A channel is a predefined group of users which you can send a message to. Learn how to send a group message through channels.
  • The left sidebar allows you to easily access channels and people with whom you have previously communicated.
  • File share capabilities enable secure photo collaboration
